• iOS App data — The iOS app primarily retrieves publicly available live-music listings from our servers. It does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as name, email, or phone number. The app may temporarily store data locally on your device (e.g., cached listings or user preferences) for performance. If you use the optional tip jar feature, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Send you daily or occasional SMS notifications about live music gigs in your area.
• Respond to your replies (e.g., “STOP”, “HELP”).
• Improve our service and understand usage.
• Provide and improve the iOS app experience (including displaying current music listings).

4. SMS / Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us about today’s and tomorrow’s live music events. Message frequency varies (typically 1 message per day). Message and data rates may apply.

To unsubscribe at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your phone number or any mobile information.

Important: No mobile information will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share data only with trusted service providers (e.g., Twilio) strictly necessary to deliver the SMS service, or as required by law. The iOS app does not share personal data with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Opting out of SMS is handled via the STOP keyword. For data stored only on your device by the iOS app, you can clear the app’s cache or uninstall the app.
